Return Policy

At Nova & Pearl, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns
• You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
• Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.

Returns Process

1. Register your return at info@novaandpearl.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.
3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs charges or shipping costs.
4. We always advise using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability
• We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
